Tattoo health & safety rules:

1. No one under the age of 18 years may get tattooed.

2. I accept cash only.

3. Clients must read and sign the consent form before being tattooed.

4. No smoking on the premises.

5. No one under the influence of alcohol or drugs may enter the premises at anytime.

6. I reserve the right to refuse anyone for any reason.

7. This is a strictly based appointment tattoo studio only.

I am aware of the health and safety issues involved in this demanding field and will always work in line with health and safety recommendations.  I will be stringent and meticulous in all of my processes and procedures and require my clients to do the same.  I will also take care in relation to personal safety, security and discretion in dealing with clients and ensure suitable checks are made.
